Having done this, spoke to CSP and Microsoft about it, there is only one way. I wanted to see if anyone here had some suggestions. That being said, I am not seeing any solid answers, so before I start down any path that may stop mail-flow while account provisioning takes place and such. This is for an event venue with multiple locations, so the calendar is critical to maintain.
